Phoenix Sport Update: Non-League Day, Nations League and Non-stop tunes

This week was Non-League Day as the Premier League and Championship were put on hold for international week.

We focused more on the lower leagues as the goals flew in, with another win for Glenn Tamplin’s Billericay and a hard earned point for 10-man Orient. Unfortunately, the Daggers fell to another defeat – but our neighbours Brentwood Town took all three points.

Music gems this week included Blur, Arctic Monkeys, Charli XCX & Hozier.

Normal service resumes next Saturday, from 3pm, when the Premier League returns – hallelujah!

See you then.
