On today’s programme, I was joined once more by GAVIN PERRETT from HAWKHURST ALTERNATIVE INVESTMENTS LTD.
Gavin has been on the show a few times to explain the attractions of property investment.
When he came onto the programme first time around back in January, Gavin explained that the entry level for this type of investment was about £25,000, so today Gavin had a message for people who, whilst attracted by the idea, might not have the requisite funds readily available for that initial deposit.
If you missed what Gavin told me today, you can listen again here: –
Since January Hawkhurst Alternative Investments have been running a series of seminars at the Manor Green Manor Hotel, on London Road here in Brentwood and if you missed those earlier events, all is not lost as the next one is being held on Thursday 27th September.
You are invited to arrive at 6:30pm for a 7pm start, and if you’re arriving straight from work, no worries as refreshments and a light buffet will be provided at the start of the seminar.
In addition you can get more information by going either to their website http://www.hawkhurstai.com or Facebook page https://www.facebook.com/Hawkhurstinvest/
If the idea of REAL real estate doesn’t float your boat, you could always look at investing in the “virtual world”.
Well we keep hearing about “FAKE NEWS” these days so why not invest in, what is essentially, nothing – just a void!
Incredibly that is just what some people are doing.
Yes, GENESIS CITY is no more than a virtual plot of land, roughly the size of Washington DC in which you can buy slices of “land” for obscene amounts of money.
Back in January a “plot” sold for $2000 but just 2-months later similar sized plots were going for $175,000!
Like many other crypto-based get-rich-quick schemes, early adopters were rewarded with very handsome returns on their investment through reselling their own plots.
Commercially-zoned plots in particular were generating large sums of money; central, “high-traffic” areas going for close to $150,000.
Am I going mad, or is it everyone else?
See you again tomorrow – in the real world,
Scott
