As we try not to peak to early, with all this actual Sunshine in Britain, a little rain to hit us down to site- the kind of problems we sort of are used to, it adds to the oddness of the UK. Which reminds me, on the show I spoke about localised slang, like ‘Cockney Rhyming Slang’ for example and how it goes unnoticed to some and can often confuse others still. I say all that as I noticed in the media & press, that they may have missed a saucy headline for the result to TV’s 2018 Love Island, which was a classic bit of Cockney in my book- check out the rerun on Mixcloud to hear what I mean.
