On today’s show, I welcomed Kimberley Smith from Define Beauty which runs clinics at Mind Body Spirit at the Holiday Inn, Brentwood.
Cryolipolysis, also known as “fat freezing”, is a process that destroys fat cells using low temperatures. Suitable for both male and females, it removes unwanted areas of fat from the body. Kimberley also spoke about how it can tackle “problematic” areas of fat that may be difficult to shift due to physical limitations (perhaps as a result of an injury).
