Now the question of what to do with your Christmas Tree once the festivities are over is simple if you own a fake tree – you just pack it away until next year, but what if you bought a real one?

Well for one COSTCO customer, the answer was simple.

She returned the now dead tree back to the store and, based on the fact that the tree was indeed dead, demanded a full refund of the purchase price.

Astonishingly her bid was successful, so maybe that’s something worth trying in future!
