It’s all to do with the law

I was pleased today to welcome back Brian Hughes from Shenfield based solicitors, RAINER HUGHES.

In recent weeks Brian has been looking at the knotty issues regarding tenancy issues and leading on from this, today Brian looked at the pros and cons of going into the property market as a landlord.

He initially ran through what that entails before looking once more at the position from the perspective of the potential tenant.

Listen again here tho all that Brian had to say on this subject: –

Keeping loosely to a legal brief, in the second hour we reported on an incident which occurred just over a week ago in St Ives Cambridgeshire, where it seems police are intent on tracking down and prosecuting a motorist who “thoughtlessly” drove through a puddle soaking a mother and her two children.

Noting that police close to where I live reportedly did not have the manpower available to investigate a break in involving the theft of some £20,000 worth of jewellery, it’s good to know they have their priorities right in at least some parts of the country!

See you again tomorrow,
Scott
