Premier Division
May & Baker E.C. return to winning ways after beating Bishops Stortford Swifts; in doing so return they return to the top of the table. Kiel Chandler, Conor Okus and James Barlow scored the goals in the 3-1 victory over Bishop’s Stortford Swifts with Tom Prendergast notching their reply. Springfield suffered a 1-0 reverse at Frenford that knocks them off the top position and lands them in fourth. Luke Woodward scored the Frenford goal and the victory moves them up to third. Dan Gillard and Rob Whitnell score a goal apiece in Harold Wood Athletic’s 3-2 win over Basildon Town. The other goal comes via an own goal and the result moves Harold Wood up to second while keeping Basildon Town firmly rooted to the bottom position in the table. Catholic United win 3-0 at Canning Town; while Rayleigh Town also taste defeat at home as they succumb to White Ensign. Liam Sewell, Lloyd Wilson and Brett Munyard score the White Ensign goals in the 3-2 victory with Chris Brown and Max Jobson supplying the Rayleigh replies. Leigh Ramblers beat Manford Way 2-0 which means they are now unbeaten in five games. Harry Haysom and Justin Hazell scored the goals and Leigh now move up to ninth.
Division One
There was only one game played in Division One as FC Hamlets entertained Shenfield AFC. Josh Sumner and Ben Carroll scored the goals that ensured a 2-1 Shenfield win which moves them up to fifth. Jack Potton scored the FC Hamlets goal.
Division Two
Herongate Athletic stretch their unbeaten run to eight after handing A1 Sports a 4-0 defeat. Lee Atkinson scored a hat-trick with the other goal coming via an own goal. The win also means Herongate now open up a four point lead. Rochford Town remain in the relegation zone after their hosting of Rayleigh Town Res. saw the visitors snatch all three points via a 3-2 victory. James Braithwaite scored twice with Charlie Legg the other scorer. Ben Foord scored twice in Benfleet’s 3-1 win over Newham United. Mason Shave scored the other goal with Newham’s reply coming via the evergreen Omar Jomanday. Desmond Gallen and David Major scored the Toby goals in a 2-2 draw with May & Baker E.C. Res. who scored via Darren Seymour and Carl Patten.
Division Three
Manford Way Res. open up a seven point lead at the top after a 3-1 win over Frenford Res. Carl O’Malley scored the Frenford goal who remain eleventh after this result. White Ensign Res. move up to second after a 4-3 win over Hutton Res. Charlie Cooney notched a hat-trick with Chris Wall providing the other goal. Tom Price, Jack Gifford and Elliot Pollard supplied the Hutton goals. Darren Wettner scores twice with Darren Leung scoring once in Harold Wood Athletic Res.’s 3-1 away win at Beacon Hill Rovers. John Saunders scored for the hosts.
