Friday Night Extra 15.12.17 with guests ECHO

Greg, Juliet & Marie from ECHO came to talk about their new album Soul Proprietor. They said it was the second of a three album project involving spiritualising well known soul tracks, all aiming to show the love of Jesus. A recent pub gig in Romford had been very encouraging and they were looking for more bookings in 2018. The album cover was of a broken pot put back together with the light shining through. They said this was a good picture for our lives. We are all broken, but God can help put us back together. We will still have cracks, but his light can still shine through.  Regular listener Patrick also joined us in the studio. As a former chef at the Ritz he shared a Christmas pudding recipe from Fanny Craddock and a Mrs. Beaton recipe for Brandy butter. Together with Richard and Terry, who had come for another visit to the show, they shared their favourite Christmas tracks and why they like them.
