Prokit UK Essex Olympian League Preview – Saturday 23rd September

EOFL2

Manford Way currently top the table and they travel to Bishops Stortford Swifts on Saturday. The hosts should provide a stern test however Manford Way have yet to be defeated this season and will be looking to continue their good start as they continue their quest to capture that elusive Premier Division title. Harold Wood Athletic travel to Rayleigh Town with both teams needing points for differing reasons. Harold Wood could go top if they pick up a win, whereas Rayleigh Town have yet to register a win this term and find themselves in the drop zone. There’s also an interesting encounter between last season’s Division One winners and last season’s Premier Division winners as Catholic United take on Springfield. Both teams have made a solid start to the campaign and a win for either side could put them top of the table.

Premier Division

Basildon Town v  Frenford

Bishops Stortford Swifts v  Manford Way

Catholic United v  Springfield

Leigh Ramblers v  Canning Town

Rayleigh Town v  Harold Wood Athletic

White Ensign v  May & Baker E.C.
