Freehold doesn’t mean free!

IMG_0609I was pleased to be joined once more by BRIAN HUGHES, Consultant Solicitor from Shenfield based solicitors, RAINER HUGHES.

With all the recent controversy that has arisen over companies selling houses under Leasehold terms, Brian decided today to revisit this issue.

Listen again to what Brain had to say today by clicking on the link below: –

In the second hour of today’s show, we heard about the diner who attempted to make his get away from an Australian seafood beach restaurant without paying his bill  – by swimming!

Meal on a run

Reports suggested that he had done a “swimmer” after running up a £325 bill by consuming  two lobster mornays, 21 oyster shooters, a baby octopus and a number of Corona beers.

Claiming that he’d received a phone call from a friend telling him she’d gone into labour on the beach, and that he was just rushing down to help, he was nevertheless arrested by police officers on jet skis.

He also complained that the lobsters were overcooked!

See you again tomorrow,
Scott
