An extra bonus show for me today so for the most part we concentrated on the music BUT I couldn’t resist reporting on the “arms” find by Chinese security guards at a bus station.
It appears that the security officials arrested a man at a bus station on suspicion of murder after limbs were spotted by the station’s security scanners.
It subsequently emerged that the man’s brother had asked him to collect the arms from a hospital where he’d been treated, and had the limbs amputated after suffering a major electric shock.
Seemingly it is a traditional Chinese belief that the body should be cremated or buried whole after someone has died, in order to be at peace.
An arms dealer with a difference, I suppose!
