I was delighted to be joined in the studio this afternoon by Jonathan Buffong, the Founder and CEO of Mixed Martial Arts for Reform and Progression (MMARAP).

MMARAP is a Community Interest Company based out of Islington which offers MMA as a way to improve the life of London’s young people, including ex-offenders and the disabled community.
