On Wednesday I was delighted to be joined by local girl Laura Try ahead of her round Britain row which set sail today.

Over the space of 8 weeks, Laura (along with three other crew members) will row 1,800 miles on a two hour on, two hour off rotation day and night, stopping eight times to rotate crew.

Laura is one of the few crew members rowing all of the legs and talks sleep, fundraising and toilets!
