My album of the week goes to the self-titled debut release from Bait.
Bait are made up of duo Michael Webster and Luke Branch, who are otherwise known as one-half of Southend indie band Asylums. Bait is a more earthy, visceral affair – heavier, angrier and more complex, yet still retaining a sense of fun and elation. You can buy it at Cool Thing Records.
