The first solo album for over ten years from Alison Krauss we be available in two weeks. From the album, Windy City, we featured her version of the classic track, Gentle on my mind’. We played another exclusive track tonight from Lisa Harman. The power ballad, ‘I bruise too easily’, with very real and highly emotional lyrics, was a favourite with listeners. They found it impossible to believe that Lisa is unsigned and are looking forward to the album being available on iTunes in the summer. “She is the new Barbara Streisand”. I chatted live on air with Lisa, who also told us about her new contact with Fred Olson Cruises and a re-engagement at Blackpool Tower Ballroom. We had a wide music mix and many e-mails tonight. Lee was listening to the show on one computer, watching the rugby on another and answering work e-mails on a third. Isabella was cooking. Phyl was combing her cats. Life was going on with the show in the background. It was great to have people be in contact.
