This Sunday, August 7th, the County Cricket Ground in Chelmsford will play host to a Depressed Cake Shop popup, organised by Liz Fox of local cake company BuBakes to raise money for Mind and Help the Heroes.
You can listen to our chat above. The Depressed Cake Shop aims to be a global grass roots organisation, and is committed to raising awareness of mental health organisations and to raising money for local organisations.
Liz also brought in some sample cakes for approval which instantly passed the taste test carried out by myself and helper Courtney-Lee. They were delicious!
So everyone get down to the County Cricket Ground in Chelmsford on Sunday for some fabulous cakes and support the Charities, Mind and Help for Heroes, and do your bit in raising mental health awareness.
