The UK’s radio regular OFCOM has extended Phoenix FM’s community radio licence for another 5 years.
The licence, awarded in 2007, has been extended to 23 March 2022 – the station’s 15th anniversary of full-time broadcasting – after financial and operational plans were submitted by the station’s management.
Station Chairman Paul Golder said, “We’ve got some exciting things planned for the next few years. But then we always have”.
