This week’s show saw normality resume, brand new music galore is one way of putting it. Years & Years won the BBC Sound Of 2015, but artists such as Oh Wonder, Nick Klein and HONNE contributed to my list of artists that could be in the same position come early 2016.

The pop element of the show was contained to the first set of tracks, with a French takeover almost half way through. My picks of the week remix wise were Tycho’s take on Spoon’s recent track ‘Inside Out’, and a cheery edit of M.I.A’s ‘Paper Planes’ from Eau Claire, an aspiring American producer.

I said it a lot during the show, mainly because I was tired and couldn’t think of much else to say, but thank you ever so much for listening. I plan to give Off The Record a bit of a makeover in 2015, more guests, more interviews and even more brand new music. Let the listening commence.
