Off The Record: 30th December 2014

So that’s that, 2014 has almost been and gone, just a blur etched onto the side of your brain. One way of remembering a year is by the music released, and it has certainly been a good year in terms of new and old bands getting their act together.

Joining me on the show was a very special guest, just his second appearance on radio, everyone give it up for Mr Daniel Thompson. With it being pretty much a year since his last contribution, he helped collate this years best music, whilst counting down his top 5 albums of 2014, with the rest of the years best music sandwiched in between.

Below are our picks of the year, and as always click the link below to catch up on anything you might have missed. Apologies for the technical issues at the beginning, all those buttons on the mixing desk can be a minefield at the best of times.

Thanks to everyone that has tuned in this year, I appreciate it more than you will ever know. See you on the other side.
