Christmas is almost upon us, and I’ve played some great Jazz Christmas tunes on this and last week’s shows. A great stride piano version of Let it Snow by Marcus Roberts, an unusual (and cynical) take on Christmas by Miles Davis – ‘Blue Xmas (to whom it may concern), alongside plenty of tunes from the greats – Sinatra, Ella Fitzgerald, Nat King Cole et al.
