Man-flu over the cuckoo’s nest

Well this week I felt better after stalwartly maning up against the daring nuisance that is, the dreaded and evil incarnate – MAN-FLU. Naturally, I soldiered on at work and never mentioned it, but I must admit to being surprised when a female colleagues weren’t so shy at whinging about her suffering … Hmm, hashtag, double standards me thinks. So, this became my question for the morning…..and a few listeners agreed about these dramas queens…. Whom ever they are.

This week, we had a brand new single from Portuguese band;  who we like, ‘Hot Pink Abuse, who allowed me the honour to debut their new single on the show (Nov 7th 2014) . Along with that great track we had yet more classic tracks; the odd one lamenting my Man-flu hero status and my biting wit….WIT I said.10612972_752034088166238_8553198763822702402_n
