I’ll fess up – I’m a big fan of this track – Honolulu Honeyz (#honoluluhoneyz) – and a big fan of the boys of The Pacific Blues.  As well as good music they’re funny guys and can have me in fits on Twitter. 

They describe their music as tropical rock and it certainly alludes to warmer climes and warmer times.  Honolulu Honeyz is a sunny serving of funky, upbeat rock with a hefty side order of Scottish spirit (The PBs hail from Glasgow).  If you like Two Door Cinema Club, Phoenix and Bombay Bicycle Club you’ll like The Pacific Blues. 

I’m proud to say I was the first to give these guys radio play and I’m looking forward to having them in the studio next year.  They tell me they are hauling their Scottish selves southward to tour next summer – they better, we’re waiting!!
