Yes,  in a truly packed programme today I was joined by Jo Overfield, Ray Morgan and Chris Davison from the Essex based voluntary-run arts organisation, SUNDOWN. Sundown is just celebrating its 10th birthday with a series of shows across the region. The next show will be staged at 7:30pm on 19th October in Colchester at the Arts Centre on Church Street.

Finally Scott Forsyth, Tom Boardman and Lewis Mudford, who together make up DREAMHEAD joined in the proceedings. This is the third time that the boys have been in to Phoenix having previously guested last time with Nikki Mills on IN THE MIX.
