I always find it a joy to hear new songs and indeed reworks of songs, and today we had not just one but three reworks. I chatted to Tenek’s Peter Steer about work and music and their new joint EP, in which Peter explained that acclaimed singer songwriter JULIANNE REGAN (All About Eve) had teamed up with Tenek and The Last Cry to release a six-track charity single in aid of anti-hate campaigners.

Following the horrific murder of Sophie Lancaster, her family wanted to ensure a lasting legacy to their beautiful, bright creative daughter and so The Sophie Lancaster Foundation was established and it became a registered charity in 2009 — www.sophielancasterfoundation.com

I asked in today talkie about what spin off show would you like to see made, as a production company state side are making a TV series based on Batman’s Commissioner Gordon. Best suggestion for a spin off came from Lisa in Billericay who suggested Sheldon Cooper from Big Bang Theory should have spin off show – BAZINGA to that.

Todays ‘That Track that Started it’, came care of Music Artist, Chris Mines, who suggested Buggles and the title track of their 1st and only album PLASTIC AGE. Chris also just happens to be working on a cover version as we speak….
