Tonight I was joined by Chris Goldsmith. For nine years Chris has been the Vicar of Warley and now he is to become the Bishop of St. Germains, which means he has the responsibility for all of Cornwall. He siad how much he has enjoyed his time here in Warley and is looking forward to his time in Cornwall. He siad the best part of ministry is the people that you meet and working with them. Before ordination Chris spent 25 years in the oil industry. He also talked about how we all need to pace ourselves at walking pace rather than the speed we all experience these days following walking in Spain last year on his sabbatical.

Tracks requested tonight by Michael Buble, Take That, Bruno Mars, Fleetwood Mac, Madonna, Thin Lizzy and Adele. We also had tracks by Jon and Vangellis, Coldplay, Four Seasons, Jamie Cullum, Caro Emerald, Beatles, Marc Antionne, Madness and others. Join me next week, when my guest is Paul Carr, Rector of Billericay.
