Ok,so we do not believe all this Friday 13th nonsence. The fact that the webcam was down all show and the chat room for the first hour was just one of those things, well two of those things.. Thanks to Paul who e-mailed through instructions. At least we got the chat room working, where we were joined by Alison in Australia. We also heard about a foggy evening in the Isle of Whight. Allen spoke to us on the phone about a harp concert in Ingatestone. Jes picked Bryan Adams Everything I do, for his DID. Michael requested Amy Whinehouse. After lots of stumbling we got St. Elsewhere as the classic TV theme. We had some interesting news stories, including a girl of 4 joining Mensa. Also a cat in Munich returned to his owner after 15 years, recognised by a tatoo on the ear. Music was the usual eclectic mix, pop to classic pop, blue grass to ska, and the love theme from Bladerunner. Join me next week when I hope to be joined on the phone by Katrina who will tell us how the Orthodox community celebrated Easter. For them today was Good Friday and Sunday is Easter Day. Don’t forget you can leave requests on this blog or e-mail radio@phoenixfm.com, any time.
And if you missed the Bishop of Chelmsford, check him out on listen again on last week’s blog.
