This week on Stage Door it was Pink week!  Yes all things pink from elephants to tights and Ladies and champagne.  See the playlist below.

Loads of stuff to talk about in today’s show so here are all the important numbers you need:

If you would like to go and see Shrek The Musical go tohttps://www.shrekthemusical.co.uk/tickets/book-tickets/.

If you would like to support your local theatre and come and enjoy a Musical Revue put on by performers and creatives from the local area come along to An Ordinary Day at the Brentwood Theatre Sunday 17th July 3pm and 8pm.  Breakfast Presenter Emma Sweeney is Directing and I know she would love to see you there.  Tickets are from £10 and available from the Box Office 01277 200305.

You might be interested to know that I am leading a series of workshops at The Fling Festival in Chelmsford  on Saturday 2nd July.  If you are going to go along do come and see me in The Little House of Lateral Wonderment tent throughout the afternoon.  Loads of great things on offer at the Festival from music to comedy and burlesque to storytelling.  Featured acts include the Cuban Brothers and Tall Dark Friend who also performed at the PhoenixFM Fundraiser back in January.  Tickets are £17.50 or £15 concessions. Box Office 01245 606505.  Tickets will be £20 on the gate.

We looked at some open air productions that you can catch this Summer.  Hylands House has three on offer – The Three Musketeers, Wind in the Willows and A Midsummer Nights Dream.  Check out www.chelmsford.gov.uk/theatres for more details.  Dot Productions are touring the County with An Importance of Being Earnest.   Closest destinations are Stapleford Abbots and the Promenade Park in Maldon.  However, they are also doing a couple of nights at Brentwood Theatre.  For complete tour listings check out their website: https://dot-productions.co.uk/.
