You know me, I am such a foodie (aka a greedy old minx). So yesterday I was out at Fortnum and Mason eating a slap up lunch and drinking a fine bottle of wine. I purchased some items for Mummy and Daddy along with a mega pork pie and two scotch eggs for myself (a light snack?).The pork pie vanished last night in a frenzy along with half the jar of piccalilly!

George Adey popped in for a quick chat after last weeks talk by the Preacher from the Trinity Church. Very enjoyable talking about spiritual matters and informative to the listeners too.

Bryan Powis, Scott Ross and I had a debate on air about child sexualisation which came out just before the news story broke on Michelle Devin and Trendy Monkeys Beauty Salon in Brentwood, offering spray tanning to young children. Great debate and we got some excellent feedback from everyone including the chat room.

My guest today was Chris Luck who was in to talk about the South Weald Festival on the 24th – 26th June. It looks like a real humdinger of an event and to find out more give Chris a call on 07973 895 512. Its being held at Just off of Wiggly Bush Lane (my fav named road in the whole of the UK).

Plenty of great answers to my question of day…

QUESTION OF THE DAY (WEDNESDAY) Do you think you could stop using Facebook or is it too much part of your life? What do you hate about Facebook?
  • Natalie Deacon No couldn’t give it up because 1. Wouldn’t speak to the family as often (god forbid I’ve got to use the phone anymore than I do – me n lee don’t do phone at night ) 2. Keep in touch with friends 3. Find and speak to friends you lost touch with years ago and 4. Keep in touch with what my daughter is doing and doesn’t tell me!!! Ps. You did ask auntie m xXx

  • Mat Hallows its all too serious….

  • Natalie Deacon You’re anti sociable hubbie but love u x

  • Samantha Maddin Total FB addict

  • Mel JB I am a bit of a fb junkie too now. I hate that it runs slowly, gets you spam email and that every application wants to load and share all your data, but I love that I am able to ‘chat’ to people on the other side of the world – it is good to be able to keep up with friends and family that are far away and share photos & video with.

  • Abi Flynn I could not live without it! I hate the new photo format and the way messaging and chat is comined, shit!!

  • Richard Noc I could stop using facebook in a heartbeat, I did stop. I am only back so I can answer your QOTD. If you posted them somewhere else I would go there and answer them. I don’t have one single app/game on here. So yes is the answer.

  • Michelle Ward YAY…..

  • Andrew West 父 I could stop using Facebook but I don’t want to, I’m also signed up to a Star Wars themed version called forcebook.

  • Gemmie O’Brien I agree with Abi!
