Eddie Curry played out the top 25 Muse songs on Saturday 26 April 2008.
We had 1,171 votes making it our second biggest poll ever but I think the number of emails and comments received was higher than we've had on any show - it was relentless. Thanks to everyone who emailed in and sorry I wasn't able to read them all out or I'd still be there now. Some random ones:
Y'know, this isn't fair. How come there's this really good local radio station for Brentwood/Billericay, and all I get in Gateshead is crap?
Monica, Gateshead.
I feel all geekish now, with the sitting in the dark, laptop on, socialising on forums and listening to digital radio.
Maneachicken, Peterborough.
We are not geeks.
Max, Essex.
THE GUY IS A LEGEND.
Aether, Stoke on Trent.
this DJ really owns!!!
Angela, Ohio.
Heheh, I love this show. Why don't we have great local radio stations like this here in holland?
Giel, Beek, Netherlands.
He's sounding increasingly frightened
Grace, England.
Oh my God. This sounds like the worst planned station ever.
Jonah, Nuuk, Greenland.

Davmcpherson, Florida.

I think we had a first here at Phoenix FM - several people miming along to the music on their guitars and, on some tracks, keyboards too. Observe the evidence:
Thanks to everyone supporting it on various websites before and during the show including the excellent muselive.com and muse.mu. Anyway, here are the final votes:
