Gorillas

Have you seen that television add for Cadburys Chocolates, you know the one where the Gorilla gets to bang the drums…

Well let me tell you…it’s a con… I mean we all know that Gorillas can’t play a set of drums.. It’s a fake isn’t it… someone dressed up in a Gorilla suit… and then they edit in a picture of a real Gorilla’s head.   You see the reason I know, is that your average Gorilla’s got no rhythm. It’s a scientific fact.  

Mind you… your Chimp is a different matter… Plays a mean tenor saxophone if given the chance.

And don’t you go believing all those stories you hear about emperor Penguins down at the south pole, bashing out a tune on the old Piano to while away the winter months. Just not true..

See, they can flap their wings in a sort of sideways direction.. but have major problems in the forward mode..    

Anyway. You tell me, when did you last hear a penguin sitting on his iceberg between fishing missions - perched on his ancient upright piano, bashing out a bit of Chopin for the gang.
