Buggy Walks at King George's Playing Fields

Walk your way to a healthier lifestyle every Thursday at 11am.
These walks are especially designed for new mums who may need that little bit of extra encouragement and support to get back on their feet again.

The walks are free of charge, and last about 30 minutes with a five minute warm up and cool down. Partners are welcome to attend, but we ask that toddlers who attend must be in a buggy or on a buggy board to ensure that the pace of the fitness walk is maintained.

The walk will follow a surfaced route through Hartswood, a beautiful woodland, situated within the Thames Chase, Community Forest area of Brentwood.

If you would like to join the next walk, meet the group by the cafe in King George's Playing Fields off Ingrave Road before 11am and make yourself known to one of the walk leaders (wearing a white Health Trax top).

For more information about the walks please call Kelly Hopwood (01277) 215151.
