Blimey, Rifa only fitted in 10 songs this week. But 10 cool songs nevertheless. Rifa had the lovely Kathy Joyce-Banks talking about her local yoga classes and her background in massage.

Rifa also educated us about Ayurvedic medicine – condensing 10,000 years of Indian teachings into 10 minutes. Far out.

She didn't get to play any Morrissey, Charlatans or Klaxons so tune in next week for more…and she finally gets to talk about R E I K I.
