Brentwood Boxers Go International.....



This Sunday (7th Oct) Phoenix FM goes international, as we link live with some lads from a local youth club who are boxing for Brentwood in South Africa.
 
Also, we mark World Mental Health Day by talking to the chairman of Brentwood Mind about the work they do to help people cope with mental health issues, and the sigma it can attract.
 
As always, we’ll be kicking the teens out of bed – and inviting your nominations.
 
Add to that, news, weather, travel, what’s on’s, plus some great songs to kick off your day.
