Rifa had local yoga guru Melanie Watson from the British Wheel of Yoga, in Rehab. They chatted about the benefits of yoga for all ages, yogic breathing and how yoga is for life, not just for Easter. Rifa also went on about her yoga training at the Sivananda Ashram in India, she stood on her head in the studio and ran away from a clown.
