I have Vegan Food !

Some goodies from Beanie's Health Foods arrived today... it's the FRY's range of frozen vegan food which is going to form the majority of my vegan diet over the next 9 weeks.  I have to say a special thanks to Lisa Drummy for arranging this little food parcel - and our resident vegan expert, Karin Ridgers for helping me with food ideas, contacts and information about being vegan (and healthy).  Unfortunately, you cannot get this range of food in supermarkets as they prefer to support independent health food shops - The best place to order from is Goodness Direct.

I'm looking forward to eating cholestrol-free burgers, hot-dogs and mince - not to mention working out what exactly polony is ;-)

Here are the goodies that came from Beanie's Health Foods Burgers, Sauages, Mince etc - all healthy and meat-free!	Here's the polony - I think it's some sort of sausage from Blackadder!

Don't forget that a full update on my vegan progress will appear on this weekend's podcast - I hope to have Karin in the studio talking about my progress, offering tips/advice to you and with any luck, there'll be a video podcast of all this in the coming weeks....  In the meantime, I think I need a bigger freezer.
