We’re Moving.

Late night Sundays – here we come

 

Yes fan; there are great changes afoot in the Sunday Show Office - a change of transmission time. Now there are two ways at looking at this change. First the optimistic one in that it will enable us to alter the programme format to include drama and more folk music, as well as allowing me to spend more time either out and about on a Sunday lusting after locomotives, wild women or generally slobbing out at home, rather then as at present, get up late, roll down to the local newsagents for my Sunday Scandal. Then spend time cooking up lunch before heading for the studio. And unless I remember to programme the video, missing the motor racing, or even worse – Time Team.

 

Of course unkind friends are putting it about that the real reason for the move is that my sort of listener, was likely as not to be taking forty winks, in the garden or visiting aged relatives. But I naturally discount this nasty unfair talk, I’m too good for that afternoon time slot..

So as from this coming Sunday June 17, I’ll be looking after the shop from 10 pm tough till midnight.
