Tonight I welcomed local singer-songwriter Chris Jones back to the Phoenix FM studio. Since his first appearance back in January, Chris has been gigging and recording new material, taking on a range of new influences you wouldn’t necessarily expect from singer-songwriter fare, including electronica and hip-hop! After a summer break, Chris recently made his return to the live circuit and is planning a new EP release in the near future. Chris can next be seen live at the Hope & Anchor, Islington, this Sunday (15th) – for more dates head over to www.myspace.com/chrisjonestheband.
