Speaking with Hafids. 29th October 2009

We were joined on “Stick Around For Joy” last week by Icelandic singer Hafdis Huld as she celebrated her number one single and number two album in the Icelandic chart last week.

Hafdis played at the Phoenix 2nd birthday event in March and is a regular on the show. Her new album “Synchronised Swimmers” is wonderful and Hafdis told us that one of the tracks “Vampires” is the official snogging song for Icelandic teenagers.

The interview covered the following topics. Not sure how we managed to talk about Albert Einstein, Rotting Shark, Roulade, Tuppaware, Foot Fetishes, Dolly Parton, Cricket plus the music all in one interview but we did!
Don’t believe us??? Listen to the interview again here:  ………
