The Saturday Kickabout - 25 April This weekend on the Saturday Kickabout we Steve Robertson, Dan Westram and Tom Dukeson kept us up to date with the latest sports news in the studio.
Paul Brooks gave us the latest in the match at the Brentwood Arena in the 0-0 draw with Witham Town. The match wasn't without incident as Dean Parratt was sent-off after a fowl on Witham's Jon Botting. At the end of the match we spoke to Brentwood manager Carl Griffiths who said he can't wait for Tuesday's match - a home play-off semi-final against Waltham Abbey.
Other local football saw Billericay Town winning 1-0 away at Maidstone. Local league action was as follows:- Colchester 0 - 1 Peterborough Milwall 2 - 1 Leyton Orient Oldham 1 - 1 Southend Notts County 0 - 3 Dag & Redbridge
We also had the latest cricket news, reflected on Ronnie O'Sullivan's exit from the Snooker World Championship and had the finer qualifying from the weekend's Bahrain Grand Prix.
