Russell Quirk - Brentwood Environmental Panel

My telephone guest on this afternoon's show wasRussell Quirk, the Chairman of the Brentwood Borough Council Environmental Committee and we spoke about the local council's scheme to allow local businesses to advertise on refuse trucks.  This is not just a profit-making scheme but the money will be used for the good of the community and will help keep local streets and main roads clean and tidy.
