David Wickendon, Adrian Hanwell and...Goodbye!

My last week on PhoenixFM has been quite eventful!

On Wednesday I spoke to David Wickendon, who you may recognise from Friday Night with Jonathon Ross as one of the members of the House Band '4 Poofs and a Piano'.

David was talking to me about the band's upcoming tour which will be hitting some places in sunny Essex in case you're interested - and it's not all camp covers, David reckons around 60-70% of the material is original!

Although this is their first solo tour they have toured with Joan Collins before and of course have been a hit on FNWJR since 2001!

I for one didn't know Brentwood was a particularly historic place, Adrian informed me - live on air I might add - that I am entirely wrong! So if you want full details meet the walking group at 6:50pm on William Hunter Way on Tuesday evening

After three months of Breakfast Show-ing I am back to uni I'm afraid to say, but watch this space, I'll be back when I can!! Thanks to anyone and everyone who's had the misfortune to listen to my babbling over the last three months, at least I've had a good time eh?
