Centre ground - Wednesday 20th August 2008

A lively night on Centre Ground this evening. The show was dedicated to great music from female vocalists and groups to celebrate all female artists from the 1960's - present day!!

 

   

 

Our featured artist tonight was Sandie Shaw and Rose Royce was part of our "10 Minute Disco"!!!

 

Our special guest was John Morley who was promoting the new Community Action Group on the Newham estate. John works in the local community and is supporting residents to get together and improve the local area.

 

We reviewed the latest stories in the local press and promoted our three weekends coming up on the Saturday Breakfast Show on
