Peter Gerrard - Shenfield Cookery SchoolWell last week, in amongst all the olympics and V Fest excitement, I was joined by Peter Gerrard who runs the Shenfield Cookery School. And that's not as scary as it sounds, even to complete amateurs like me! The cookery school is basically a way to learn some new skills while having fun (and wine I'm told, yum!) They've just finished a healthy eating campaign at Long Ridings School (so if kids can do it, there's no excuses for anyone else) which was very successful, and now places on courses are up for grabs to learn whatever culinery delights tickle your tastebuds from Italian to Thai to British, there's even a student course - so if you're off to uni why not learn how to cook good grub for great prices - and best of all there's a specialist chef for each type. If you want to get involved you can call 01277 261 437 or email info@theshenfieldcookeryschool.co.uk And our interview was played later that day as well on the reviews show on Phoenix FM - v. special! Now, onwards to this week and we are of course going to finding out how much those pants sold for on eBay (they were at $21,500 when I left on Friday), and they'll be more olympics coverage of course - we're 3rd now! Good Stuff!!
