The Saturday Kickabout Roundup - 2 August 2008The first Saturday Kickabout of August had us bringing optimistic score updates from the 3rd Test at Edgbaston, all to no avail. England's loss to South Africa had the visitors claiming their first series win in England since 1965. Lewis Hamilton comfortably qualified on pole position for this weekend's Hungarian Grand Prix, making it an all McLaren front row as Heikki Kovalainen was 2 tenths of a second behind in qualifying. Local football saw Brentwood playing Billericay, finishing a goal apiece. Brentwood next face Leyton Orient on Tuesday evening whilst Billericay host Maldon Town. Dan Westram gave all the news on the Premier League comings and goings, along with the all important score updates and final scores from the Scottish League on the first day of the campaign north of the border.
