The Alex Fletcher Show 06/07/2008One of my all time favourite bands, The Dresden Dolls (they make the top 5!!), a Brechtian-cabaret-punk, 2-piece band from Boston USA, got some well earned airplay tonight. Havent played them for a while so I indulged myself and played a track from their Yes, Virginia album from 2006, called Delilah. Some other excellent bands were played as well. See below. We also welcomed local band The Hooks, who dropped into the studio to play some brand new material, fresh from the recording studio that day!! We played Smiling Out Of Key and Heathen.
