Body Talk - 1st May



Tonight's show featured Kelly Spiers, Health  Promotions Officer from the Brentwood Centre. We chatted about all of the different classes available.

Fitness For Health is for those of you whose doctor has advised that regular exercise is needed to get you back into tip-top shape. It is a twelve week couse, run by highly trained instructors.

Cardiac Rehabilitation is for anyone with heart problems and not sure where to start on the path to regain good health.

Try taking a walk with Health Trax. As well as giving you more energy, regular walking can make you sleep better, reducing your stress levels, keeping your heart strong and helps to manage your weight. Best of all it's free!
There's something for kids too. Get them off the computer and on to the dance floor with Dance Mat Mania and Fitness Fun sessions.
