OxjamClaire Seemed Happy To Visit The Phoenix Studios Oxjam is a music festival taking place throughout the UK this April to raise money for the charity Oxfam. Last years festival saw more than 1000 events take place across the nation and raised more than £500,000 for Oxfam. Not wishing to be left out of this years national effort, Essex took part with a recent event held at the Bitter End in Romford on the 5th April with live music from Kill Cartel, Whoremoan, Zen Motel and Cavilry. The Event organiser Claire Whatley arranged the show and is aiming to increase awareness of Oxfam’s global campaigns and raise money to support the charity’s work. She paid David Bishop a visit on Drive Time on the 3rd April to talk about her increasing involvement with Oxjam and her association with this event in Romford in particular.
