Jill Poet of Healthy Life Essex paid me a visit on the 18th March 2008.

In association with Mike Wilson, Jill Poet recently set up the website http://www.healthylife-mbs.com/ which acts as a one-stop shop for information on all  things health and well-being in Essex. The stated intention is that it acts as THE resource for a Healthier, Greener Lifestyle.

Jill very kindly spared some time to visit me during Drive Time on the 18th March to explain the history and evolution of the site from it's origins as a paper based newsletter to it's present form.
