Minus IQ 20/02/08

This week’s show was extremely fun to present and that was because of my guests for the evening: Minus IQ.

The 4 piece band from London were funny, charming and not to badly dressed unlike the stereotype for rock-like bands.

Although on air it may of seemed like Charlie (lead vocals) did most of the talking I can assure you that the other members of the band (Michael, Justin and Jake) are equally as witty.

Freakquency got to be the first to air a new song (that shares the name of their up and coming album) “Home Cinema” (due for release in the next few months). Unfortunately if you missed it there won’t be a chance to hear it again on air until its release because the promoters behind the band are understandably keen to look after a song that I am sure will be a big hit for them.

This band seems to have the whole package, not only are they friendly and caring for their fans (who sent lots of messages and questions), but they have the talent to make the distance in the world of music. For my details on the band check out www.myspace.com/minusiq
