Wow, knackered. Catching up on setlists, so here's what you missed today if you weren't listening:
Kathryn, Francis and Dave from the Essex branch of LOVE MUSIC HATE RACISM came into the studio, to talk live about the shows they promote to raise awareness about the activities of ridiculous fascists in Essex. And then wicked new acoustic jazz-punk/post-hardcore songwriter Grilly, signed to Ex Libris Records, played and chatted. We all had a kicking time and this programme got more emails and texts than all the first 3 programmes put together.
Next week I won't be in the studio because I'm touring, so I'm putting together a pre-recorded tour report, featuring interviews with Electric Soft Parade and Actress Hands, as well as crazy tour diary stuff and appropriate tracks by all the bands. Rifa will hold down the fort, live in the studio from 12 til 4 and I'll try to phone in as well, from Bristol.
